Quercetin - Stimulates Your Immune System and Helps Allergies

Quercetin is known to stimulate the immune system with its antioxidant activity in radical scavenging and anti-allergic properties. It also stimulates the antiviral activity, inhibition of histamine release and a decrease in pro-inflammatory cytokines, leukotrienes creation, and suppresses interleukin IL-4 production.

Quercetin is a great option to combat those annoying allergy symptoms due to the powerful antihistamine effects it has.
