Bilberry - Improves All Vision - Night Vision – Complete Eye Health
This 2-year study in people with glaucoma, a condition that leads to a
gradual loss of sight, found that taking 120 mg of
Bilberry Extract
anthocyanins daily improved visual function by around 30%, whereas the
placebo group experienced worsened visual function.
