The condition of "Health" is not the "absence of disease," rather health occurs when the body is in total balance. The body can usually maintain and heal itself when it is provided with the basic things it needs (nutrients) and it is not abused through lack of exercise and intake of pollutants (pesticides, herbicides, drugs, etc.). Unfortunately, modern medicine has become focused on the removal of disease states using pharmaceutical medicines and surgery rather than on lifestyle changes and natural methods, which is exactly the way it should be done.
