Adult jelly vitamins are so easy and pleasant to take that both my husband and myself take these on a daily basis. I have a ton of bottles of Multi Vitamins in our cabinets that we never used because swallowing big vitamins became too hard. I totally think everyone should give these a try and believe that most adult supplements should be jellys or luquids because the easier to consume, the more we will take them.
