Unfortunately, Berberine Complex 500 mg - 60 Veg Capsules did not lower my blood sugar number. I take a fasting glucose reading every morning and there wasn't any noticeable improvement in 30 days. I was taking a total of 2 capsules per day (the higher amount of the suggested 1 to 2 times daily) with my morning and evening meals, in addition to my evening Metformin tablet. My hope was to reduce my dosage, but this supplement didn't work for me.
