This worked!!!! What a blessing, I was not hopeful at first. But now I look forward to taking these supplements, for minimizing, and even alleviating symptoms.
flashes were frequent and uncomfortable, clammy and moody.

As long as I don’t skip a few days, it truly helps.

My wife tells me that it takes away her hot flashes. And would recommend Menopause Support to a friend.

My husband bought me this supplement to help me find relief from hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms. I tried other supplements from other sources first, and found them to be no help at all, so I was skeptical. I took the supplement until the bottle was gone, and did not plan to buy more, thinking it might not be any different. However, I was surprised to discover that a week or two after I quit, I began having much more pronounced hot flashes. So I ordered more. I found that it did take a month or so to really kick in, and taking them consistently was important. I did not take 2 caplets a day, just one, but I could tell a difference if I missed a week's worth of doses or more. I took these for several years to help me through early menopause, as I could not afford to take any prescription hormones. I recommend speaking to your doctor about using these, just making him or her aware that you are using them. After I began using them daily for a long period, I had a couple of incidents where I had short breaks in my dosing which led to me having symptoms of a period, and some bleeding. This resulted in doctor visits, and tests to determine if there were any serious issues going on. There were not, but this year my doctor recommended that I stop taking the supplement, because it gives me enough hormones to simulate the real ones and causes me problems with periodic bleeding. The supplements were not hurting me, but to avoid further tests and doctor visits, I discontinued taking them. I do believe they helped me so much through the early years of menopause, that I do recommend them. Just be aware of the potential for bleeding if you go off them for a week or two.

I've noticed a significant decrease in hot flash episodes when I've been taking this herbal help. (I'm 51.) My usual episodes came often in the middle of the night, but not any more. It does need to build up in your system, though. After about a week of taking one pill every day (that's all I take), it completely addresses this issue.

I have this used this for a while with progesterone. It seems to work .

I have been using this supplement for about a year now. At first, I thought it was not making that much difference, but when I ran out of the bottle, I noticed that I had a huge increase in hot flashes. Taking it consistently keeps me from feeling the volatility of menopause symptoms. I am a believer!
