My wife and I rarely get sick. We dodged C-19 until Fall 2023 and only succumbed then because our schedule didn't allow for good sleep nor our normal supplement routine. A couple weeks ago I started taking this product with my D3 and zinc. Seems as good as the last quercetin product I was taking from another company plus I'm getting additional ingredients I didn't get before.
