contains every vitamin & mineral you need

this multivitamin is complete & it's lower in calcium which is best after age 50 for your arteries & doesn't contain iron which is not needed for women after age 50 so I like these vitamins.

Vitamins with a lot of great ingredients.

I would give them a 5 except for that I don't like having to remember to take them three times a day. I am now in a pretty good habit, but still sometimes find myself only getting two per day. But they have so many great ingredients that I figure I am still getting about the same nutrition with two pills that I would get with a full dose of some of the other vitamins I have taken.

This vitamin is very effective as it contains 39 different vitamins and minerals (if I counted right). The suggested dose is 3/day but I only take one and can still feel a difference. The only negative is that it is a very large pill, but easily swallowed for me.
